i’ve been sitting on this idea for a long time.
not because it’s profound or groundbreaking—just because it feels like something i have to do.

i’m not here to give advice or be an expert on anything. i’m here to say the quiet stuff. the spirals. the emotional wreckage. the delusions and disappointments and sunday night dread that no one really warns you about.

this blog won’t be pretty or consistent or probably even all that helpful.
it’ll just be real. and mine.
